تجمع مدرسة الماسة للغات البيانات التي يقدمها ولي الأمر في نموذج القبول أو التواصل بغرض مراجعة الطلب، التحقق من البيانات، التواصل بشأن الإجراءات، وحفظ السجلات الإدارية اللازمة.
البيانات التي قد تُجمع
- بيانات الطالب وولي الأمر ووسائل الاتصال والعنوان.
- الرقم القومي أو جواز السفر عند الحاجة إلى التحقق من الهوية.
- المعلومات الصحية التي يقدّمها ولي الأمر لخدمة سلامة الطالب.
- المرفقات اللازمة لمراجعة طلب الالتحاق.
الاستخدام والحماية
تُستخدم البيانات للأغراض التعليمية والإدارية المرتبطة بالطلب، ولا ينبغي إرسال البيانات الحساسة عبر روابط عامة أو إضافتها إلى عناوين الروابط الإلكترونية. يُسمح بالوصول للموظفين المخولين والأنظمة المرتبطة بإدارة القبول فقط.
مدة الاحتفاظ والطلبات
تحتفظ المدرسة بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لإتمام إجراءات القبول والالتزامات الإدارية، وفق السياسات المعتمدة لديها. للاستفسار أو طلب مراجعة البيانات، تواصل عبر info@massa.school أو 01110759516.

El-Massa Language School collects information submitted by parents through admission and contact forms to review applications, verify information, communicate about procedures, and maintain necessary administrative records.
Information that may be collected
- Student and guardian details, contact information, and address.
- National ID or passport information where identity verification is required.
- Health information voluntarily provided for the student’s safety.
- Attachments required to review an admission application.
Use and protection
Information is used for educational and administrative purposes related to the request. Sensitive information should not be sent through public links or placed in URLs. Access is limited to authorised staff and connected admission-management systems.
Retention and enquiries
